Bleu Sparrow's team of expert planners have been a part of the Event Industry for over 14 years. They have designed, planned, and produced hundreds of events ranging from Weddings, to Corporate Retreats and Outings, as well as intimate Social Gatherings.
They have worked all over Long Island and New York City, even working in cities such as; Chicago, Philadelphia, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Montauk, and the Hamptons.

THE TEAM
Lisa Rivera
Lisa was drawn to the idea of event planning by its promise of creativity and ever changing trends (and maybe a little bit because of Jennifer Lopez's The Wedding Planner).
​
She has always looked at things through a designer lens. The past few years her main focus has been design and flowers. Being able to hear a couples vision and turn it into reality is one of her favorite parts of the process.
​
Her current favorite design style is a little bit edgy with a lot of colors. Her home life is just as colorful as a boy-mom of two.

Lisa's mind toggles effortlessly from design to logistics. Although she has over 15 years experience in events, she is new to her role of business owner.
Christine Rocco
Christine immerses herself into each and every wedding she is a part of, making you feel like you have been besties for years. No task is too big or too small for her. She has seen it all (and there are some crazy things she has seen!)
She will be your therapist, your shoulder to cry on, and your coach in your corner until the end of your big day.
Christine keeps the energy high to make sure that you have the best day. You can catch her rocking out in the corner of the reception room or grabbing a little treat at the end of the night.
When she’s not planning your wedding, you can find her watching anything on Bravo, enjoying a good cheese board with friends or traveling with her hubby.
Nicole Johnson
Nicole truly thrives on the energy of every event & loves connecting with people.
From set-up to the final moments, her goal is simple: to help create a seamless, well-executed event so you can truly relax & enjoy the celebration.
When she’s not on-site creating your incredible day, she’s listening to an audiobook, at the beach or keeping up with her three awesome kiddos
Charese Shedrick
With over 12 years of experience in events, Charese is the definition of calm control with a confident edge. She doesn’t just coordinate weddings- she runs the day with precision, clarity and intention.
Known for her sharp attention to detail and unshakable presence, Charese steps in so you can step back and fully live in the moment. From vendor coordination to last-minute pivots, she handles is all with grace and precision. No stress. No scrambling. Just seamless execution from the first look to the final dance.
Equal parts strategist and hype woman, she knows how to keep things grounded and when to turn the energy up. You might catch her directing traffic one minute and subtly singing along to 90’s and 00’s R&B the next — because yes, she can coordinate a wedding and know every lyric.
When she’s not orchestrating unforgettable celebrations, you can find her traveling, enjoying a theme park (she loves a good thrill), or spending quality time with family and friends.
