We recently curated a micro wedding, and might we say it may have been one of our favorites yet.
Since we are mid-covid, weddings have been trending on the smaller side, or the name they have recently won over, micro-weddings.
Like most, this Bride & Groom planned to have a large ceremony with over 150 guests followed by a reception of passed Hors D'oeuvres, cocktails and dancing. But this pivot didn't stop them from having the ceremony they've always wanted.
Every item was curated specifically for this couple. The Bride's individual boho vibes echoed throughout every detail of the day, and we even snuck in a few growlers filled with dried Lagurus to represent the Groom.
The Bride's bouquet was crafted from Red Charm Peonies, Cream Ranunculus, Quicksand Roses, and one King Protea. Greens were plenty, but a few of our favs were Grevillea and Sword Fern. Accented with Blue Thistle, Dried Spear Palms, and a touch of Pampas Grass.
The flower girl's hoops echoed the Bride's Bouquet. And the Groom's & Best Man's (their adorable son) boutonnieres were kept simple with Blue Thistle, Wax Flower, and Lagurus.
